These can sleep as many as 4 people, so they can accommodate small groups as well. Our bigger 2 to 3-bedroom condos are ideal for bigger families or groups of friends. They can sleep up to 8 people. If you need more space, simply plan in advance and rent condos that are close together. All of the condos have rooms with single beds. Some may also have bunk beds or sleeper sofas. Crawl into a comfy bed after having fun in the cold weather. Get a good night’s rest and do it all over again the next day.

Our spacious Gatlinburg condos have great amenities for your winter vacation both in the condos and on the property. Your condo has a kitchenette that has everything you need to make your favorite comfort foods and warm drinks, such as soup and coffee. You’ll just have to make a quick trip to the grocery store to get the ingredients. There is also a living area with a fireplace. It is a great place to have cozy nights in. As for community amenities, one of our properties has an indoor heated pool. Warm up by doing laps or just splashing around. We have another condo that has rentals with Jacuzzi tubs. It is a great way to warm up while relaxing your muscles.
3. Be Close to Seasonal Activities

Gatlinburg and the rest of the Smoky Mountain area hold a fun festival called Winterfest every year. It typically takes place from the beginning of November through mid-January. The entire city is decked out in millions of lights that form spectacular displays. For example, see if you can find all 43 of the life-size snowpeople throughout the city. Additionally, the already popular attractions are decorated for the holiday season. This includes the Gatlinburg SkyPark. The 700-foot SkyBridge has lights all the way across. When you visit these attractions, you can save money on gas because you don’t have to drive, as you can ride the Gatlinburg Trolley. There is a stop near our condos, and there is no fare to ride!
